Re-laying of existing DPC to ensure it overlaps on the roof tiles so no gaps are present.

Re- laying of ridge tiles above DPC on ridge line.

Supply and application of a 3:1 mortar mix, tinted with roofing oxide to match the roof colour over ridges.(50% water, 50% plaster key cement additive)

Supply and application of Daraflex Fibre waterproofing to ridges once re-mortared.

Supply and application of pure acrylic roof paint to all roof ridges once Daraflex Fibre waterproofing has been applied to mortared ridges. (Prominent Premium roof paint)
